The member may receive an incentive for participating in surveys run by TNS in the form of BDpoints.   The number of points allocated to completing a survey will be stated in the survey invitation and will vary across different surveys.

Members will accumulate BDpoints for each survey they fill in, where this has been stated in the invitation.

One BDpoint has a value of R1.

BDpoints are redeemable for gift vouchers or a charity donation. Gift vouchers are available from one of the following stores which the member can select:

1. Woolworths
2. Pick ‘n Pay
3. Exclusive Books
4. Musica

RS reserves the right to add to or subtract from the store vouchers available for redemption. 

Vouchers are available in multiples of R50. A member will therefore need to accumulate a minimum of 100 BDpoints before they can redeem them for a voucher.

Vouchers will be posted via registered mail to the member’s mailing address, as specified in the registration form and/or updated on the Black-Diamond.co.za website

TNS accepts no responsibility for loss of vouchers that are delivered via registered mail.

A member can also elect to donate their BDpoints to a registered non-profit organisation, Africa Food For Thought (NPO No.: 045/928).  The BDpoints will be given to the charity in the form of a cash donation where 1 BDpoint equals R1.  An emailed Thank You letter will be sent to the member’s specified email address from the charity.  There is no lower limit on the number of BDpoints that can be donated.

TNS cannot guarantee how many points any individual member might earn in any specified period of time.

The member agrees and undertakes that no tax will be deducted from the rewards and indemnifies TNS against any claims in this regard.
