What is an online panel?
An online panel is made up of a specific group of people that are recruited to participate in web surveys from time to time.
Panellists are invited via email to participate in online surveys on a regular basis.
Each invitation specifies what incentive the panellist will be given if they complete the survey.
The panellist is free to choose which surveys they wish to complete.
In return, panellists are required to be accurate and honest in their responses and do their best to complete as many surveys as is convenient.
Panellists' identity is always kept strictly confidential and the data from surveys is always analysed in aggregate.

Black-Diamond.co.za is a highly sought after online research panel whose members are classified as “Black Diamonds”.
The panel is recruited and run by TNS Research Surveys,
a reputable, leading marketing research house in SA.
The Black-Diamond.co.za panel is used to gather consumer feedback via online questionnaires. The results of the surveys are passed on to our Clients who use the information to improve their products, services and advertising that are aimed at the Black Diamond segment of the South African population.
Members of the Black-Diamond panel are incentivised for every survey they complete by earning BDpoints that can be redeemed for shopping vouchers or a charity donation

How will you be rewarded for being on the Black-Diamond panel?
For each survey you complete, you will be rewarded with a specified number of BDPoints.
When you have earned a sufficient number of points, you can redeem them for shopping vouchers at places like Woolworths, Pick ‘n Pay, Exclusive Books or Musica
The vouchers will be posted to you via registered mail.
You can also elect to donate your points to a special
charity, Africa Food for Thought

How
can I join the panel?
Click here and you will be asked to enter your email address. You will be emailed a joining code with a link where you will be asked to fill out a form with a few demographic details that will enable us to understand which surveys will be most applicable to you. You will then be sent email invites from time to time to participate in various surveys |

How long does it take to complete a survey?
The duration will vary from survey to survey depending on the level of detail required. It is also dependent on the speed of your Internet access. However, we will do our best to keep every survey at less than 20 minutes in duration and let you know in the invitation what we expect the average duration to be. |

How often will I be invited to take part in Black-Diamond.co.za surveys?
It is difficult to say how often you will receive invitations. This will revolve around Client demand. However, we envisage that you will most likely be invited no more than once a week and no less than once every three months. |
